Re: EA fc 24 does not load. Infinite preparation

I purchased it trough steam as well, this is my first year buying it on pc, and I didnt read trough the problems I could have because of that. Steam doesnt seperate ultimate and normal edition, so if you preload it trough steam ur not gonna be able to play, and you cant preload it trough ea app because its buggy. i recomend getting a refund and buying it trough the ea app. you wont get the hero pack because you didnt pre order it before the 22nd of august, so that sucks, but the early acces is worth more than the hero i think. if you preordered after the 22nd of august, meaning that you wouldnt get the hero pack either way, its a no brainer to get a refund and buy the game again from the ea app

Funny thing is its now even more buggy, on the EA app EA FC 24 no longer appears for me, i had also bought it on steam and had the pre load issue and it has now vanished from my EA app library but is still in my steam library. Anyone else get the game on steam and its now no longer in your EA app library or just me?

thanks man i was so worried it was only my problem, from what we are having issues with im guessing its removed from the EA app for everyone who has got it on steam... guess we just gotta wait.

just to prepare you for the inevitable, downloading it on steam changes nothing on EA app... sad times

I bought through the ea app right away. There's endless loading. I bought it until August 22. And it's terrible that this is happening. It's possible that I won't get the hero I'm supposed to get. And my nerves that were exhausted. I'm waiting for Friday. Some say that everything will be fixed on Friday. Right at the time of the game's release, it can be downloaded. I have it downloaded for 1 hour. I want to come in and play right away. So this is already a big minus in ea fc 24. I hope that only positive emotions will remain from the game itself!

You know what , I think that I will just refund my steam copy and buy preorder rn trough EA app since a guy in this thread said that It should help , this hero card aint worth my nerves

i wouldnt refund it yet if i was you, wait till friday night and get EA play to do 10 hour trial if it isnt working then by saturday morning if it doesnt work then refund it and buy it on EA app, its not worth refunding it now if it ends up working xD

l already did, I just dont care anymore about the pack and all that, I just want to play the game ASAP. And trust me, these two frauds of companies wont do anything and in the end you can only play on the 29th.

Also this happened to me too, I just restarted the ea app and it reappeared

Hi guys , my last update on this thread. So i did like i said , i refunded the game on steam and bought it via ea app and ... it worked ! I did loose my hero ( I would probably get the * one anyway)  card but everything seems to be in order , the game is in my library and I am preloading it rn . I guess it is up to you what to do now , but if you are thinking about doing what I did , just know that it should work , have fun in Ea Fc , bye bye <3

thanks for the update its been a fun ride xD... anyways steam is losing out, i am also now doing the same gunna refund it and get it on EA app the hero card isnt worth the brain damage

Unfortunately, I have no way to return the money for the game. Its own difficulties. But if they don't fix it 22. And if I can play 29 it's just absurd. I pre-ordered fifu for the first time and here it is. Just the worst company.
