I just contacted the EA support and they said to me that my case will be forwarded to the development team, and they will update me in the "near future" abt my issue, how much time do you reckon I'll have to wait ?
- @Haguigscreed I am not sure on their timelines. Did they not reset draft for you?
Nope, the back and fourth with the support agent ended with him telling me that my case was forwarded and put in a queue, I guess my issue needs more than just a simple draft reset, idk whats going on, they hardly explain anything.

If so would you mind telling me how to fix it as I have a very unhappy 7 year old son!!
