We'll want to try the following steps to clear this up:

If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.

    Hello I have been trying to play FC24 online now for that past few days and it has been giving me some error saying can’t connect to ea servers right now. I’ve done nearly everything I guess, I’ve reinstalled the game, I have hard rest my console, I have changed DNS servers countless times, I have renewed my licenses, I have changed network, I don’t know what else to do, it’s getting really annoying atp. I can’t even play nfs as it’s giving the same error. I don’t know what to do, I don’t want to spiral downhill again

    @EA_Solaire I already did these all steps but still cant connect to ea server. How can i contact you to this problem. I already run the connection quality report and the results are good.
