Re: My clubs player head becomes bald after a match

This has been happening to me for over 2 or 3 weeks, I've sent multiple emails to ea support for a week now and its still not fixed so I hope the ea team takes a look at this bug and fixes it asap.

I have almost the same problem. When i try to equip character customisations, i purchased in the Volta shop, they stay  equiped for a single match and then they get unequiped automatically. This does not happen for every Item i have purchased, only for the items i recently bought in the shop.

you say this but it’s still not fixed. less talking more action, equip a item from the volta store then go into pro clubs and play a game so you can see for yourself smh 🤦‍♂️
