Hello, I've the exact same problem.
My specs are:
- GTX 3060 TI
- Ryzen 5 3600 3.6hz
- 16gb ram
There is no reason for this to happen, but still i cant find a way to fix this, its a shame we have to deal with this...

Yup, till this day i still have that problem, the only solution u have i locking the game on 60hz 30fps, just like a console would play.
That just means they didnt optmize the game to obtain more then 30/60 fps during a game, just like consoles.So when you pc tris to load the 144hz that he can handle, the game is just not ready for it.
Sad.
