I can read when you play matches in Clubs, some games are not tracked in Playoffs. We reported your concerns to our Team so that they can investigate the issue.

As mentioned above I am more concerned about the season rewards rather than the missing matches. We were only given 130k fans when we should have been given 1.1 million. The team put in a lot of hours and effort to get those rewards. Feeling a little hard done by right now

I don't know how many teams, but a lot of us had both the wrong count of games issue and the 0th position in the ranking after the end of pro clubs (we had a 17-3 in elite division) so please, we're looking forward to your response and action. Thank you.

Me and my friends have the exact same issue got the Division 1 10 wins and 5 losses in Playoffs only to finish "0th" and under "participating". We've been genuinely robbed of our well deserved rewards. Our club is called Thester III

Same thing happened here, but we got 15-0. So gutted!

CLUB STATEMENT:

As a founder of the club, I can confirm this great injustice has happened.

One of the brightest days in the club's history has been stained. Hopefully there is a resolution to this and the club and its supporters can celebrate what is really a great achievement because that's who it is really all about, our supporters. With a swift resolution, they will finally be able to revel in this historic day they have waited so long for. The club promises we will not rest until they have their proper moment.

Hi there, same thing happened for me and my friend. As you can see in the picture. We won all 15 matches, but didn't get rewarded. I hope we will get the rewards soon.

Only 6 of my team’s wins counted but the MP never updated but our wins and the matches we played show up in the calendar. 

It's same problem since 4 days and still they didn't rush for a fix? If it was FUT they would work as slaves to fix it, it looks like  your ignoring pro clubs but i remind you that lot people are playing it too. And it's not the only pro club problem, but they will remain same till ea fc 25.

Hey Leon,

It's Playoffs aswell as the normal division battles in Clubs.

It won't track the matches, doesn't give out points when you win or lose. It doesn't register the matches in Trophy Fanfare aswell. It kicks you out of clubs after the game, every time.

This happens with every game you play in Clubs.

Any update on this yet as it’s carried over to the new season and wins aren’t registering toward league points?

Any news on this being resolved? It has now been 4 days and I have absolutely no doubt that if this was Ultimate Team it would’ve been fixed immediately…

We finished 14-3 in Elite Division playoffs, having actually won well over 25 games because so many didn’t count on Thursday due to this issue.

Following the playoffs we then received a rank of 0th and only received the awards of ‘participant’, despite finishing in the top 1000 for Elite Division.

The following day we then tried to start making our way up the divisions again in League games, only to find we received the same error again at the end of every game and that no games would give us League points towards promotion.

Everyone playing Clubs right now will be feeling very hard done by and like they have completely wasted their time over the past week for the playoffs and now the start of the League season.

Pro Clubs has always been the game mode I feel has the most potential on previous fifas and FC24, but the player base is consistently left wanting year after year as all the focus goes onto UT.

Since release there have been issues when playing games with crossplay enabled where multiple players are simultaneously removed from the game with ‘An unexpected error occurred, you are no longer synced with the match’. If this only leaves 1 player the team is then given a loss for their troubles. 

Another issue with release is after a corner or free kick are played into the box, if the keeper saves it or it hits the post or crossbar then all of the attacking players are stuck running in whichever direction they were when the save was made. This often means they are stuck in the goal or running off the pitch whilst the other team launches a counter attack unchallenged…
