Re: Will not connect to ea Severs on my ps5 however it connects fine on ps4

Please try the following steps to help clear up this error:

Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Restore the Licenses on your console
Check that you have an open NAT type on your console

If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.

I have tried everything and it still doesn’t work . What do I do ?

Ive got the same issue and its for all my ea games on PS5. Just wont connect to the servers.
Ive tried everything through this thread and nothing works..
Can someone please help? Its been like this for 48 hours now

Have you found a solution? I know it’s been 2 years but I’m facing the same issue rn, can’t log into any ea games on my ps5.
