Restrictive matchmaking in seasons mode is not working

Even if you restrict the matchmaking settings in online seasons mode, a 3.5-star team matches a 5-star team. I buy the game every year just to play seasons. There has been this problem since Next Gen came out, but they don't bother to solve it. Hundreds of thousands of people buy the game and play this mode. Why don't you solve such a simple problem?I quit the game ten times because of this problem. a complete waste of time.

we need answers. do you see the sheer number of people who have voiced this issue? how can i be getting Man City 700 times in a day when i only pick 3.5 and 4 star teams???
