What happens when the bug occurs? The pack images clearly state that a user should be getting 2 rare items, however the end result is the user only receives 1 item.
What should be happening instead? When a pack imagery states 2 items the user should receive 2 items, for player picks the pack should show as 1 item if there is only 1 player pick
It's extremely misleading to players for a pack to state in the imagery that they're getting 2 items however the end result is that the player only receives one item. The pack imagery should only be showing 1 item in the visual details if the outcome is the user only being able to keep one item otherwise you're misleading players into the belief that they're receiving 2 items. This would be the equivalent to going to a restaurant ordering a chicken wings with an image on the menu showing a dozen chicken wings, but the fine print stating the kitchen gets to keep half the wings for themselves. The wording also states that "All items are untradeable" implying that the user is receiving multiple items.\
When a normal earned pack generates a player pick, the player pick doesn't take up 2 items in the pack so why would it show as multiple items in store? That's either a bug or deliberately misleading, in either case users who bought it should be compensated
Had I realized that only 1 player pick was being provided through this confusingly described pack I would not have purchased it from the store.
Same with the Bug, it said 2 Players and I only got one.
Same, also i had 2.3k points and was able to buy this season opener encore pack 7 times but only got 2 players, and the other packs either didn’t exist and so i just lost my fc points or i was given standard common gold players. Either way this season opener encore player pick pack was extremely bugged.
Same issue here I bought it twice and expected 4 players not two it’s extremely misleading.
Same issue, not super clear when it usually indicates the number of players received always even when player picks are involved.
