I'm playing with my account from 2021 or 2022 ND the transfer marker on the web app was opened normally , but suddenly it turned to locked on the web app in FC24 .. at the beginning of the game FC24 it was opened normally but suddenly got no access to transfer market on the web app.. why ????

No no it's not a ban , I didn't do anything wrong, it shows like the account is new and I need to play gamed in order to get the access, you know what I mean ! Although the account from 2021 and I play daily and the transfer marker on the web app was opened normally. So what's wrong?
