Technical issues. Resolution problem.

After the launch of the game, the fan in the video card fell out, I quickly turned off the computer, put everything back in place, everything works. I tried to enter the game, everything was fine when selecting a save. After this, the screen seems to change the resolution to a very high one, it begins to flicker in different colors, if you press enter, then the inscriptions about loading your account (log in to your account, connecting to the server, etc.) are stretched out, I see only the last letters. In the menu I don’t see any choice (modes, settings, etc.), only the ball, players (if I scroll up and down the picture changes, but I still don’t see a choice in modes or anything). I can provide a video of all this. Any other games running fine, so it's FC.

    Hey @southsidewoadie 

    Please try to delete the existing game settings folder located in the Documents folder and then repair the game from the EA app.

    deleted everything inside the folder, logged in, same thing. I have already reinstalled 2 times, both the game and the epic game client, cleared the cache, as your employee said.

    I need help.
    I had a same issues with him.
    So I tried every thing you said (delete the game setting folder located in the documents folder, then repair the game from the EA app, etc.)
    But It doesnt work.

    Now Im tring to delete the personal settings file before the games goes to that weird screen
    Im not sure it will work

    I have had some problems with the resolution settings on PC, when I change the resolution settings the animations start slowly and there is also a bit of lag in the game, to solve this I delete the FC 24 folder in documents the game starts normally although In a low resolution I adjust the resolution and put all the graphics on high and I can play normally, but when I close the game and reopen it with the same settings the lag problem returns in the celebrations and animations. Any idea why this happens?
