The FC Points that I redeemed are not showing on FC 24

Question

I purchased 2800 FC Points via a third party website (Gamivo). I successfully redeemed the code on the EA website (not the EA App) and had no issue. When I open the FC 24 App on my phone it doesn´t show the FC points that I redeemed. It's been 3 days and they still don´t. When I check the purchase history on the EA website or EA App, it doesn´t show any redeemed codes. When I try to redeem the code again, it says that it has already been redeemed. It goes without saying that I used the same email address for both the EA website and my FC 24 app. Additional information: the FC 24 app is linked to my microsoft account, as I play FC 24 on Xbox series X.

What did I do wrong? How can I get the FC points?

I had the same issue. With a code from trusted website. The Code worked as it should showed up as a legit code in the EA app and was redeemable. Redeemed it, never got my points.&nbsp;
