The game does not load after being ready to start game in any mode.

The issue I am having is that the game does not start after selecting the team and controller, when I hit ready to start the game, the game goes into an infinite loading screen.
I have tried the listed methods.
> Restart the laptop 
> Reinstall the game (have done 4 times.)
> Check file integrity.
> Turned off the firewall and then tried running.
> turned off my antivirus and tried running it.
> Installed EAAntiCheat installer and uninstall and install again FC24 from the dropdown.
