After the update it asks me for a verification code, when I enter the verification code and when I click continue it does not advance or do anything I've been like this for two days and nothing happens. I'm from Mexico & it doesn't work
Thank you very much for the support, I was now able to solve the verification code problem, it was solved by resetting your console and keeping games and applications, I hope this does not happen to me again

Community ManagerHave you tried turning off your console and then turning it back on before logging in again? Additionally, do you have any other EA games that you can try to see if you are able to access your account? You can also download any of our free games, such as Apex Legends, to test if everything is working properly.
I already tried to turn off the console several times & when I re-enter the game I get the verification code screen again

You can also add a secondary email address from your EA Account Settings, just to update and resynch your account information.
Additionally, you can reset your console and keep games & apps.
