Too bright to play

AMD or Nvidia Model Number 2080TI AND HYC1060 YES... BOTH! Two entirely different computers (an i9 and an i7), configurations, and video cards. You want me to slap in an AMD video card and try that? it won't work... but I can do it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. it happens in the ENTIRE GAME. EVERY single menu and option is TOO BRIGHT to see. it's not just ultimate team. it is NOT just rivals... it is the ENTIRE game. EVERY MENU for EVERY MODE. is too bright too see. do not ASK me to do stupid crap like repair or reinstall or clean boot... that would explain ONE computer going weird, but NOT TWO at the same time.
What happens when the bug occurs? I CANNOT SEE ENOUGH TO PLAY THE GAME. IT'S TOO BRIGHT. IT'S NOT MY COMPTUERS.... MULTIPLE COMPUTERS... SAME PROBLEM. IT'S THE BUGGY GAME.

Support has NO CLUE how to fix this. It happened in the MIDDLE OF A RIVALS GAME. I pressed PAUSE and the screen went SO BRIGHT that i cannot see the game, the menus or anything. it did NOT lock up. Everything works just fine other than I cannot see it. I have uninstalled and re-installed, which of course did not work, since it is NOT a problem with my computer. How do i know???? i tried it on a different computer... same problem. i DID NOT CHANGE SETTINGS. I DO NOT HAVE DRIVER OR DIRECT X PROBLEM. IT'S THE BUGGY GAME.
let's recap:
two different computers... one a laptop, one a desktop... SAME PROBLEM. The only thing they have in common is they're both windows 10!!
this is nothing I did (because i didn't do anything mid game that i was winning... that would be stupid). it is nothing wrong with my computers. it is the game paid for that obviously has a problem.
