Unable to receive verification code

Hello there, 

i am unable to receive verification code on my original gmail iD which is [edit: email address removed]. 

i have tried all possible ways to sign in but never receive the code on my email. Also tried to make the past ea sports mail images visible but it still doesn’t work. I am unable to play FC 24. I just created this new account to post my query here, would appreciate your help.

    If the workaround did not resolve the issue for you, please contact our support team. They can help you add a secondary email to your account. 

    1. Click here on your PC: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/  
    2. Search for and select 'EA App' in the search bar.  
    3. In the left menu, click on 'Manage my account'.  
    4. Then, choose 'I need help logging into my account'. More information on verification codes can be found here: Here
