Unable to start online draft due to two versions of the same icon

    Hi @m3nism, please try moving both items to reserves and restarting the game. Start a new game with both Roberto Carlos as reserves (not substitutes).

    If this issue still persists, please, contact our EA Help Support and ask for a draft reset to unlock the situation.

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/11/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 04:30pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have an online draft squad selected, with two versions of Ronaldinho, base icon and future stars.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click advance to search for a game, it kicks me out of ultimate team saying the servers are not available right now. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the two Ronaldinho’s it’s glitching it out, but that means I will never be able to play fut draft ever again since I cannot advance through to searching a game.
What should be happening instead?

    Nope didn’t get it resolved and has to stop playing draft completely. Ea replies saying “thanks for letting us know” 2 weeks later and that was all I heard from them. I may sound like a Karen but I’m fully serious in organizing a lawsuit as a I have enough proof regarding affirmative action and biases against this company I’m confident I can win. I’ve already spoken to my lawyer as well and he agrees. Sorry for ranting, Goodluck in finding a fix.
