Unable to switch between Xbox & PSN account on web app / Companion App

Hello everyone 👋 

I have downloaded the EAFC 24 companion app, which logs me in to my Xbox UT,  when I go to switch to the PSN account, it gives me an error message that EA are having issues with logging in and to try via a computer or console.  I have both Xbox and PSN accounts linked to EA and have tried un-linking / linking the accounts again which hasn’t worked.  I have also tried logging in via the web app which doesn’t work for me either!

is anyone else having the issue or know what I can do to resolve? I have a 10 hour trial and don’t want to use it doing sbcs etc😅

    Same issue for me (but differen pllatforms). Lots of People have reported this same problem on this forum and in other communities.

    Has anyone been able to change persona in the webapp or companion app?

    I've submitted a support ticket but no

    response yet.

    @bennybigarms97 did you play fifa 23 on PlayStation before Aug1?
    It may be related to that new accounts dont have "early access" to the webapp. I.e your xbox account is trusted and eligble for early access but not PSN account.

    Webapp/App is working for Xbox profile but after switching on PS, it shows the same error. God damn, how pathetic bug is that? 

    I've met also many other bugs in game itself, and I am not convinced to buy the game after 10h trial (which probably will be wasted for SBC/Trading because of the profiles error)

    They can change everything, but they won't change themselves. 🤑

    @pirahn could be that as I only bought the ps5 last week. Hopefully sorts itself out when the game officially release then. Thank you!
