Unstable internet connection

The internet has been unstable since about 20 hours ago. Most of the time, ping is around 6ms, but during certain periods, it suddenly spikes to 200ms and the screen freezes completely, lasting for a few seconds. After the match, the connection quality report shows an average ping of around 50ms, whereas it used to be stable at 5ms.
