was hacked my ea account

my account was hacked then i tell to EA live chat but got noting update about my problem. and even cant login to my game with console. somebody help me plzzzz.....

Hi there, @blackJelly1995

Make sure you're logging in to the app with the right account. You should be using the same email address you see when loading into FC 24 and going to Customize > Online Settings > EA Account.

i was hack my account and report with ea live chat. then the advisor proceed my case and heres my case number 165044165. but then i even couldnt sign in to my companion app and also console

If the email was changed on your account, you would then be logging into the app with the wrong email so you won't see your club. Unfortunately, we can't help with hacked accounts over Answers HQ. You'll need to work with an advisor to get access restored.

i juz want to know one thing that this error of couldnt sign in if form by your service team or by hackers??

It's possible that is related to an issue with the account. You'll need to contact an advisor for assistance with this as I previously mentioned.
