We could not activate EA SPORTS FC 24 Standard Edition on this computer

hello I have bought EA SPORTS FC 24 game on epic games store. Whenever I try to launch the game I get a error says: "We could not activate EA SPORTS FCT 24 Standard Edition on this computer using the EA Account you provided. Please activate the game's Product Code at Origin.com. If you have already completed that step, please make sure you're signing in to the same EA Account used to activate the game."

what should I do ?

I have tried to restart my pc, validating game, opening the game on epic games, opened ea app as admin and launching game there after that same with epic games.

I still didn't find anyway to fix this issue. I also can't access to support for this. Please help me.
