webapp doesn't work

It's possible you're logging in with the wrong account. Did you play Ultimate Team on FIFA 23? If so, are you logging in with the same email you see at Customize > Online Settings > EA Account?

Hi, I am currently trying to get onto the web app however it is coming up with the getting started message despite my account being linked to my PlayStation which I preordered the ultimate edition on and I have also played previous FIFA's on this account. I was just wondering if there was any fix to this.

@EA_Aljo we need a fix for this. iI bought ultimate edition on ea app pc

The only reason we've seen this happen is due to logging in to the wrong account. Take a look at my previous message in this thread if you played FIFA 23.

I did play fifa 23 for the last few days , I created my club a 3 days ago , is there any chance to play on the webapp before the game launch ? I have the EA Play Pro subscription

If you just created your FIFA 23 club 3 days ago, you wouldn't have access to the web app, unfortunately.
