I have also been experiencing the issue. I am unable to submit in game or the web app. Someone suggested it might be due to how many sbc’s I have completed due to TOTY in a short time

That could be the case. Just give it a day and you should get past this issue.
Is there no other workaround? It’s a bit frustrating with Toty out and having packs saved to open. Instead I have to wait for this glitch to be gone so I can submit all the duplicate items I’m receiving

This can occur when submitting a lot of SBCs over a short amount of time. Try logging out of Ultimate Team and then loading back into it to prevent any sync issues. If that doesn't help, you'll just have to wait it out.
Doesnt work for me i stil get disconnected and i cant log in on my companion app

What happens when you try to log in on your companion app?
same when completing FoF crafting upgrades

Normally, you have access again within 24 hours. If you don't, try power cycling your network equipment and the device you play on.
