This can occur when submitting a lot of SBCs over a short amount of time. Try logging out of Ultimate Team and then loading back into it to prevent any sync issues. If that doesn't help, you'll just have to wait it out.
Wow this is such a scam to get people to buys packs in the store... Everything that you get in the store for 20 30 $40 you can go into the sbcs and basically get for free but now EA is limiting that because they don't want you to do that. You need to go into the store and spend your real money in there on crap because all you get is duplicates anyways... I've been pulling the same 20 to 25 cards for the last month outside of the one or two new ones that they release every week that are available in these packs even though they say everything is available it really isn't.
@Crazy-TrainZ28But look at how mad it makes you and others that actually hurts the game not helps it. People will quit not keep playing. There would be much better ways to force you into the store than actually losing customers.

Community ManagerIf your coin balance is suddenly 0, it's possible your account was actioned for violating the Terms of Service. If that happened, an email would have been received stating this. You're welcome to open a case with an advisor here. They will let you know if that's what happened or not.
The same has happened to me in the last hour. Just sat on my console, grinding the "unlimited" 84x10s, putting spare dupes into exchanges... suddenly kicked when I tried to submit an 88 dupe into an SBC, and can't do any more SBCs on the console.
Yes, it works on Web App. I shouldn't have to login to the web app to do SBCs though, the interface for e.g. finding some random 80s/81s to fill an 84 squad is sh*te. This is why so many people turn to rubbish like Paletools, as EA are both so inept they can't design their own app efficiently, and then punish players for playing fairly in game on a grind they created. I don't even know what "too many" or "too quickly completing" SBCs looks like - I open a pack, I go into the menu to put the dupes into an SBC. I don't know how that can be done too quickly for EA's liking... utter bull.
I've wasted too much time and money on this - I'll be cancelling my FC25 pre-order and never touching the company again. NickRTFM and Inception are totally right about the company that EA are.
