White Screen - Ps4

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn the app on
What happens when the bug occurs? Shows a white screen and only option is to reset -- see attachments.
What should be happening instead?
After selecting the fc24 app, within 5 seconds or so of it loading, a new screen says it "cannot connect to server". After following the suggested actions, it turns to a white screen. I tried also clicking "ok" instead of the suggested actions, which still led to the white screen. I've also tried restarting everything several time, including our starlink modem, and it still freezes on the attached white screen.

Please give the following steps a try to clear these errors up:
- Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
