Worst customer support Ever

This is what I’m dealing with at the moment with EA help 

I’ve been palmed off by your ea live  chat for a week now , I first contacted on the 12/3th of Jan as a hacker sold all my players and bought a over priced player using all the coins generated from quick sell transfer market etc , I now  don’t have a option to contact via live chat nearly 8/9 days and nothing been told by one adviser that is was pretty much  finished 4 days ago only to be told by another it had just reached the team to review it ,

I’ve spent money on your games and in game purchases but I can’t certainly say due to the support I wil no longer be playing or buying any of your games moving forward .

I’ve attached a screen shot of the open case .

Please look in to this and I’d like a link so I can put a formal complaint .
