XBOX ONE S/FC 24 DOES NOT OPEN
My Xbox One S device fails to launch FC24 in any way. Due to this issue, I reset my device, deleted the game, and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. Are there any other users experiencing this...

As I said, there is no USB plugged into the console. Additionally, the game is included on the console's own disc. My problem still persists.

Others have mentioned deleting and reinstalling the game has also resolved this. Can you try that?
I tried this twice, but didn't get any results. I also reset the console twice.

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear" I tried this too. I didn't get any results. Ea officials said this might be a bug. If there are different methods, I am open to suggestions.

Are you able to load into it on a different gamertag?
- @EA_Aljo An update for the game was released today. I did the update, but it didn't enter the game. When I deleted the game and reinstalled it, I was able to enter the game.
SOLUTION: Download the game's 07.02.2024 update. Delete the game and reinstall it. - EA_Aljo

When will the duplicate evolution player bug be fixed? It’s 5 months in the game and no sign of an update to fix it
That happened to me too, but now I’m having the same issue again. Were you able to solve it permanently?
How do i load onto a different gamer tag, i have removed all usb devices. Cleared Alternative mac, deleted saved game data, uninstalled and reinstalled which worked for an evening and now does not work again this morning. I am really p***** about this as is takes 2hr 25 mins to reinstal and i will have to set up my prefernces again. Give us a solution that actually works or i will cancel my purchase of FC25
Same problem here. I have an xbox one and the game doens't start. It gets stuck at fc24 white screen.
Yesterday i uninstalled and installed the game and worked, but today same problem.

Mine has had this fault ever since my Xbox one updated on 28.8.24. Could this be an Issue with the update and fc24 recent update? Unplugged USB and makes no difference,Tried deleting cache and profile and same issue. Trying again now and surprise surprise same fault. Let’s hope EA sort this soon getting ridiculous now!
I have got the exact same issue, on Xbox One, for the past 3 days my game gets completely stuck on the white loading screen with the Green EA FC 24 Triangle at the bottom. If I’m lucky the game turns on after 45 minutes to 1 hour but some other times it doesn’t turn on at all. Any feedback from an EA employee would be appreciated on this one as it’s just an all round frustrating experience and I’ve got objectives I need to do for next years game.
I have followed all suggestions in the thread in regards to a fix but none of these work. I can only imagine it relates to either a game update or console update which is causing some kind of software malfunction
After 45mins with no luck I changed over to watch catch up when I returned was set on a black screen for 20mins and then it has now loaded and working. Ridiculous how long it’s taken however this is the first time in 3 days I’ve managed to get further than the white start up screen. I’m hoping someone is inspecting this issue and resolving it asap!
Forget my last post… was playing game and now crashed and back to beginning FC24 white start up screen going round. Let’s hope FC25 doesn’t do this 🙄🙄
I did a * with EA Sports yesterday and they walked me through steps to try and fix, which ultimately caused me to lose all of my data. However did get the game to work. However today I have the same issue again. I contacted support again today, and they tried to push me off to XBox support. However when I posted the link to this forum they said that because others are having this issue they will look into this. I recommend that as many of you go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-top-issues/?product=fc-24 and click on I want a refund. This will give you access to an online chat where you can open a case to report the issue. According to the support, the more cases they receive the more seriously they will treat as a priority.
My FC24 is stuck on the white loading screen on my Xbox one. I tried reinstalling the game and it worked temporarily. I switched off the console yesterday and am trying to play today but facing the same issue. The game will not go past the white screen. Please suggest a solution for this issue ASAP.

I guess many have reported the issue and they are working on solving it.
I would encourage everyone to write to them so they prioritize it on top of everything else.
Just contacted EA aswell and reported. There believing it’s a bug and are now investigating this. Let’s hope for some news soon to resolve this 🤞🏻👍🏻 I appreciate there’s only a few weeks left til FC25 but not the point 🙄
Any idea on time frames only I did the same and have had the same issue. They have said they're fixing it for days and haven't.
