XBOX ONE S/FC 24 DOES NOT OPEN
My Xbox One S device fails to launch FC24 in any way. Due to this issue, I reset my device, deleted the game, and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. Are there any other users experiencing this...

Experiencing same issue on Xbox one. It downloaded an update and now the game won't go past the white loading screen. Consider the price of these games this is wholly unacceptable. What is the actual fix it for without people losing hours of saved gameplay. If this is the only way to resolve this, you should be offering some sort of compensation/refund. There are people who make part of their living playing and investing in your games. You are letting all your users down.

Community ManagerIf you have anything plugged in to the USB ports on your console, unplug them and try again.
Like everyone else keeps telling you there is nothing plugged into the console. And if your game can't load with anything attached to the console then you have a serious issue to resolve, I'm currently trying the uninstall and reinstall method. If this doesn't work, I'll be back in touch to try and get a refund from you. You can't take people's money and then make excuses when when your game won't work.

I'm not making excuses. One of the reasons for the white screen in the past has been having USB devices connected. Once you load in, they can be reconnected. At any rate, let me know how reinstalling goes.
The reinstall has not worked either, so now I'm totally locked out of the game, I tried every step you have advised to others, unlinked my profile stuff, I never have any USB devices plugged into the console and now tried the uninstall and still stuck on the white loading screen. How do I get a refund from EA? You have sold me a defective product. Or at the least you released an update that broke the product I bought. Either way this is an EA problem and I expect a resolution or a refund.
