XBOX ONE S/FC 24 DOES NOT OPEN
My Xbox One S device fails to launch FC24 in any way. Due to this issue, I reset my device, deleted the game, and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. Are there any other users experiencing this...

The reinstall has not worked either, so now I'm totally locked out of the game, I tried every step you have advised to others, unlinked my profile stuff, I never have any USB devices plugged into the console and now tried the uninstall and still stuck on the white loading screen. How do I get a refund from EA? You have sold me a defective product. Or at the least you released an update that broke the product I bought. Either way this is an EA problem and I expect a resolution or a refund.

Community ManagerTry going to help.ea.com. Log out if you're already logged in. When logging in, click on the Xbox icon and log in with your Xbox account. Then, try loading into FC 24 again. Let me know what happens.
I have finally got the game working again, albeit with nothing saved that I have done on it previously. Luckily I'm not someone that has spent a fortune on FUT or is a professional gamer and makes a living using your game. It's been highly inconvenient for me as it is, but you have probably cost some people an awful lot of money with this carry on. My only worry will be how long till it does again?

I'm glad to hear it's working. Did what I suggested help or was it something else?
After reinstalling it and it still not working, I went back to the saved info, deleted it all and then restarted the console and it finally let me in, but that when I removed the saved cache the first time it didn't work. So it feels like it's randomly sorted itself. This is why I haven't much hope it will continue to work.
