I have followed all suggestions in the thread in regards to a fix but none of these work. I can only imagine it relates to either a game update or console update which is causing some kind of software malfunction
After 45mins with no luck I changed over to watch catch up when I returned was set on a black screen for 20mins and then it has now loaded and working. Ridiculous how long it’s taken however this is the first time in 3 days I’ve managed to get further than the white start up screen. I’m hoping someone is inspecting this issue and resolving it asap!

Forget my last post… was playing game and now crashed and back to beginning FC24 white start up screen going round. Let’s hope FC25 doesn’t do this 🙄🙄

I did a * with EA Sports yesterday and they walked me through steps to try and fix, which ultimately caused me to lose all of my data. However did get the game to work. However today I have the same issue again. I contacted support again today, and they tried to push me off to XBox support. However when I posted the link to this forum they said that because others are having this issue they will look into this. I recommend that as many of you go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-top-issues/?product=fc-24 and click on I want a refund. This will give you access to an online chat where you can open a case to report the issue. According to the support, the more cases they receive the more seriously they will treat as a priority.

My FC24 is stuck on the white loading screen on my Xbox one. I tried reinstalling the game and it worked temporarily. I switched off the console yesterday and am trying to play today but facing the same issue. The game will not go past the white screen. Please suggest a solution for this issue ASAP.

I am facing the same issue and just chatted with someone from EA Support. Here is their response (all in bold)
Thanks for sharing all this information with me. I can confirm that we were informed about this issue. Rest assured, our team is working hard on it to solve this loading screen issue as fast as possible.
Kindly keep checking the forums for updates, and once this is solved, one of our dedicated team members will start guiding you about the needed steps to fix this, or inform you that it has been solved from our side.
This can take from a few hours, to several days.
I guess many have reported the issue and they are working on solving it.
I would encourage everyone to write to them so they prioritize it on top of everything else.

Just contacted EA aswell and reported. There believing it’s a bug and are now investigating this. Let’s hope for some news soon to resolve this 🤞🏻👍🏻 I appreciate there’s only a few weeks left til FC25 but not the point 🙄

Any idea on time frames only I did the same and have had the same issue. They have said they're fixing it for days and haven't.
