Your account has been blocked from using transfer msrket due to breaking our rul

Your account has been blocked from using the transfer market due to breaking our rules. Check the email associated with your EA account for more information. 
I got this but I haven’t received any email and it’s my first ban and I wasn’t aware of this type of rules. I am facing so much problem because of this and there is no contact from ea side. I am playing fifa from at least 8 years but this ea fc24 is the worst ever. Please solve this problem or contact me. We play we spend our so time in game and if this type of problem comes trust there is no use of playing this game.
