Can't turn in SBC

Hey,

For the past weeks ive been having trouble with turning in some of my SBC's.

As soon as I try to turn in the SBC on my PS5 it will give me an error like "Failed to submit etc" and then disconnects my ultimate team.

Next to this ive tried turning the SBC in on my PC through the website and on my iPhone through the companion app. Both won't let me turn in the SBC.

On my iPhone I tried turning in the SBC through WiFi and through 5G, both failed.

To make things even stranger it doesnt happen on all SBC's, 30 min ago I turned in the "75+" player pick and within 5 minutes I tried to do the "85+ upgrade" and it failed. After that I tried the 75+ one again and it completed. So it 's not failing a 100% of the time.

I also tried doing an SBC with only untradeable players, but that didnt help either.

I need some help badly, cause I'm losing players without the ability to finish SBC's that have more steps.

  • Still having the problem. Ive been talking to the EA helpdesk through e-mail, but all they can do is send my information to development. So I have no idea what comes from that.

    After managing to do the Blanc SBC (thank god) I actually got the error message again when trying to turn in the new Icon Max 89 SBC. I turned in the first 86 team and on the second team (83) I got the message again. Meaning I cant complete the SBC, wasting multipe 87-89 players in the proces on the 86 SBC.

    Ive added a screenshot with proof from the Ultimate Team web app. But im getting the same error on mobile app and ps5.

  • Hi, most of the time when submitting an SBC it doesn’t let me. If I’m on the app it says failed to submit or if I’m on console it quits me out of ultimate team. It’s been going on for a good while now. Please can I have help with this 

  • Every time I go to submit an SBC I get disconnected to the main menu out of ultimate after getting a "Connecting to Ultimate is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu". This happened after trying to submit the second part of the 82+ TOTW Player Pick and the Mark11 SBC. Same goes for the FC24 web app when I try and submit it gives me an error message. I've tried everything from restarting my game, console and swapping out players. Nothing works.

  • I have completed all of the requirements for the 84+ RTTK/ Trailblazer pack but it will not let me submit the pack. Can you help?

    @JonkyDawson did you use any of the player that is under EVO? i had the same issue before, need to remove the evo player that is under evolution
  • All 7 conditions are met, but I receive an error "Failed to submit challenge".


    Platform: web app, companion app. (didn't try on PC)

    Maybe it's because you treat men GER2 and woman GER2 as the same leage.

  • Im sick and tired of EA releasing content thag is consistently bugged. I can never submit any SBCs i actually wNt to do because they fail to submit. And there is not a dedicated support where I can get in touch with someone to rectify the situation…i just have to hope it gets fixed. The only content i can ever dive into usually are the store packs…EA NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING! Money grab after money grab…and the content the release doesnt even operate properly.
