Stadium expansions too, if you bring up the club from the lower divisions to a major achievements, stadium  capacity with increased revenue also should be there. Also major sponsorship deals, something like with custom clubs. Manager's salary increase along with contract length.... Ability to set up friendly matches with whoever you want. And ffs adjust amount of players on the bench to the realistic one. Training and game injuries depending on the style of play to add to a realism..... 

Need and ability to train a particular skill, for example i need a player to work exclusively on free kicks or in addition to a training schedule he/she on

And yeah, ability to set names on the shirt, like "also known as" in player career mode. By season 5 I have four De Souzas on the pitch

It would be nice to see AI teams sacking their managers for poor performance for example, and AI managers moving in to other clubs
