This is my last effort and I’m giving up, please help ! I am trying to get my very frustrated son on to career mode, keeps saying you have lost your online connection - WiFi is working and connected , it also won’t take the EA log in and also says we can’t due to parental controls (he is 10) I have turned those off too. Please help if you can!

Yes you are correct, no ultimate team access for a child account, so it's up to you, I have no place to advise you on that!

I was thinking of deleting the game and reinstalling without child account and creating a new EA account altogether as I have given up with the EA log ins and I have read that he may not be able to play ultimate because he is a child ?!
Pues realizarlo sencillo ingresas como si fuese tu , y el que juega ese modo es el niño , por la edad la plataforma lo bloquea , es mejor que actúes en nombre propio
