i just bought xbox gamepass and played fc25 with trial not even full version, i was just playing ultimate team with my friends and we all got banned for no reason even my friend who is just played 1 game also banned idk if its bug or not i submit a ticket to ea but its almost half of my subscription so isn't there any way that is faster.
if you say appeal via email i know i already did it but i bought xbox gamepass and i don't want to waste half of my subscription

If you've already reached out to our terms of service team, then I can only recommend that you wait until they finish their investigation. You can always check the status of your case, just make sure not to resume it as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to get around to you.

Same and support is useless, so have to wait 14 days for a response from the appeal......
