Banned without playing the fc25

Dear EA Support,

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I have never played FC 25. All I did was add the Showcase version to my library — I did not even install or launch the game. Despite this, my account was banned. I submitted 6 or 7 appeals, and every single time, I received a generic and copy-pasted response.

Now, I received a final reply stating that I used cheats — how can I possibly cheat in a game I never played? This is not only unfair, it’s absurd.

I demand a proper investigation. I expect actual human review — not an automated system accusing me of something I didn’t do. This entire process feels like a scam, and your support has shown no intention of resolving it properly.

If this ban is not lifted, I will not hesitate to take this further — through consumer rights channels, public platforms, and legal steps if necessary.

Do the right thing.
