Can’t redeem loan pack

Good evening, I have an issue with my ea account, because I recently opened a pack where I received a loan pack which you have to redeem. Every time I try to redeem it, it comes up with a message saying that there was an issue connecting to the ea servers. I have tried turning the console on and off, but it still doesn’t work, I tried redeeming it on the companion app but still doesn’t work. I have packs in the store that I would like to open so I hope ea could fix this issue in the nearest future. I play on Xbox series s  and I discovered this issue on the 5th of march at about 5pm.
