One of the biggest missed opportunities in FC Career Mode is the static European qualification system. In real-life football, the number of teams each country sends to the Champions League (UCL), Europa League (UEL), and Conference League (UECL) changes based on performance. Right now, FC25 doesn’t reflect this at all, and it’s time for a change!

How Does It Work in Real Life?

UEFA determines the number of teams per country based on the UEFA coefficient rankings. This ranking is calculated by the performance of clubs in European competitions over the past five seasons. The stronger a country's clubs perform, the more European spots they earn.

For example:

• The top leagues (England, Spain, Germany, Italy) get 4+ UCL spots.
