EA banned me by mistake and I lost the chance to finish the De Jong SBC

EA banned me last week and I was shocked. I did nothing wrong. I dispute for the first time, EA said the ban decision is right. I dispute again, EA overturn the decision with a system email and no apology. This is very rude way to treat players and I deserve an apology because this is totally your mistake.

What I am also sad is that I almost finished the de jong SBC before I was banned. Now I finally get back my account but the sbc expires. EA should give me another chance to finish it or compensate the player to me.

I am so sad. This is EA 's mistake to ban me, but now I have to take the consequence of wasting my players and not receiving De Jong.
