My guess is, all league upgrades for fantasy will happen at the end of the season for all leagues.
Seems odd that they didn't do the same with the cup upgrades.... So we'll have to wait until June when the upgrades will already be pretty useless.
Yes, it's odd to wait until the end of the season, but that's how they seem to be doing these league winner upgrades. Even Liverpool league winner upgrades are pending.
A possible reason behind this is that all leagues finished around the same time. The domestic cup ends in different countries at different times. Again, this is just my guess.
