fc 25 division rivals rewards

i was playing a game just before the rivals rewards where going to be given but i hadn’t qualified for the upgrade so i was only 2 points of with 5 minutes to go before the rewards. I went into my last game and went 2-0 down so i left the game which was around 10 minutes later so i was expecting to get my standard rewards instead. But when i got out of the game i went back to the hub and refreshed fifa and i’ve even turned my playstation on and off and i’ve still not gotten any rewards. I’ve checked the store and i don’t have any new packs or player picks and i’m missing my coins
