FC technically stole my coins. I have video proof

Issue:

I tried to apply a 50k coin evolution to Neymar Winter Wildcard, but I already had him evolved. I accidentally spammed X, and it still went through, taking my coins even though the card was already evolved and nothing changed. Now I’ve lost 50k and got no evolved player — please help or refund.

I believe this is a bug — the game should’ve stopped me from evolving a card that already completed an evolution.
