FC25 Evo claim bug

Hello there, 

I am experiencing some issues with claiming the "IN ON GOAL" web-app evolution. The web app and console game kicks me off the screen/account/evo hub when i try claiming it. 

IS THERE A WAY TO FIX THIS?
