Fc25 match

Isit just me when I play ultimate team and my opponent is good or not I can’t seem to score or make runs like I would do. The minute the ball goes to my opponent half my players don’t like to run into space even doe I’m pressing forwards runs and nothing and the time my striker or wingers make that run **bleep** touch or his defenders are onto me before my player gets the ball. Now when my opponent attacking they get through my team like I haven’t got any defenders when I’m trying to cut the pass even doe I know where the balls going to can’t get it I’ve lost that last 25 games by more then 5 goals and I don’t know what to do anyone got any advise or knows what’s happening cause it’s doing my head in the amount of goals and space my team gives when I’m trying to defend
