FPS drops on Xbox Cloud Gaming (FC 25) from PC – Stable connection

Hello, I'm experiencing FPS drops while playing FC 25 via Xbox Cloud Gaming on my PC. I have a stable wired connection (100 Mbps, ~40 ms ping in Brazil). 

During matches, the frame rate sometimes rises to 60 FPS, but then randomly drops to 45 or even 30 FPS, making the game very difficult. The stuttering and frame rate issues make the experience unplayable at times. I've tried changing the DNS, closing background apps, and using different browsers and networks, but the problem persists. Thank you.
