I feel your pain mate! I moved from England to Melbourne 12 years ago.. I've played FIFA since FIFA 2003. Oceania is trouble for gaming. I go back on holidays and play at my brother's place. The gameplay is night and day. People don't know how easy they've got it.
Im from malaysia and currently live in melbourne. Yah i can confirm even SEA server 10x better than oceania. No issue to play during day or night time unless your unifi provider got issue. Some said you have to live near or close to sydney if you want to experience a better gameplay. Imagine i play champ at 2am, doing scoopturn with 5* skiller and the ball went away from his feet. Also gameplay delayed at least 0.5sec. sprint with analog sprint off and player only start to sprint after 1sec. tried with gaming vpn, lagofast, gear up but not really help at all.
