Goal Song Search and Listen

Hey all. I have been on the endless search for the Brass Stringer goal sound. Why can't we have a search tool that allows us to search for a goal sound specifically. And, why can't we here the sound before we purchase one. The only way I know what they are is from using youtube. Does anyone know how to get the Brass Stringer without just getting super lucky (if you like it) and packing it? It's the only one I want and I haven't packed it and CANNOT find it on the transfer market.
