I demand compensation
I have been disconnected as my online connection was lost and it wasn't the connection that was the problem ea kicked me out the game for no reason and whilst everyone else got compensated I didnt
Hi there. We don't have compensation available for disconnecting. If this is happening frequently, we should go through some troubleshooting to find out why you're disconnecting. If you're ok with that, please run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
