I got banned at night for no reason

I have played this game since 2017 and just enjoying the game myself and sometimes play with my friends. Today I received an email said that I'm hacking or cheating something and get perma banned from online access. But the problems here is last year this situation happened once when a lot of Player received mistake-ban like this, didn't think that I'm gonna be the one this year. We played against those hackers who have bronze team and just quit the game as soon as we have the ball. Why EA not fixing that but instead of banning random player from enjoying the game?????
