Lost saves

My game just randomly crashed. So i just opened it up again, just to find all my saves deleted, my single career mode file i had over 100 hours in just vanished, including all other and my manager career mode too, and all that just to vanish is so weird, i was crying 20 minutes straight because of this. I tried reaching out to EA for help, all they gave me was nothing. They couldnt help me with anything. I'm very dissapointed and shocked that this is an issue.
